Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Devlyte Technologies (“Devlyte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit devlyte.com, contact our team, request a quotation, or schedule a product consultation through this website.

Individual Devlyte products may process additional information for their customers and users. Those activities may be governed by a product-specific privacy notice, customer agreement, data-processing agreement, or deployment policy. If a product-specific notice conflicts with this website policy, the product-specific notice applies to that product.

Information we collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name, work email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and company name.
  • The Devlyte product or type of implementation you are interested in.
  • Messages, operational requirements, consultation notes, and other information you submit.
  • A guest email address when you invite another person to a consultation.
  • Your selected meeting date, time, and time zone.

Our hosting infrastructure and security controls may also process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and diagnostic logs. We use limited IP information to prevent spam and excessive form submissions.

03

How we use information

We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to inquiries, quotation requests, support messages, and partnership requests.
  • Schedule consultations and send calendar invitations, confirmations, and meeting links.
  • Understand your requirements and recommend a relevant product or implementation approach.
  • Protect the website, detect misuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
  • Improve our website, communications, products, and customer experience.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted through these forms for unrelated advertising. If we introduce optional marketing communications, we will provide an appropriate choice to subscribe or unsubscribe.

05

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only where needed to operate the website and respond to you. Our providers may include website hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, scheduling and video-meeting platforms, business email providers, security services, and professional advisers.

In particular, website inquiries may be delivered using Resend, while consultation availability, invitations, and meeting details may be processed through Cal.com and its configured meeting provider. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of relevant business assets. We do not disclose personal information to data brokers.

06

Data retention

We retain inquiries, booking details, correspondence, and related business records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the record and applicable law. Third-party providers may maintain their own records according to their published policies and our account settings.

07

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These measures may include encrypted network transport, restricted access, provider security controls, backups, monitoring, and abuse prevention. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms.

08

International data transfers

Devlyte works with customers and technology providers in multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ. We use contractual, organizational, and provider safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services being delivered.

09

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information relating to you. You may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data protection authority.

To make a request, email hello@devlyte.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

10

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

The website may use essential storage or similar technologies required for security, routing, form operation, and user preferences. Our infrastructure may also generate basic traffic and performance measurements so we can understand reliability and improve the site.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies that require consent, we will update this policy and provide the controls required by applicable law. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential storage may affect website functionality.

11

Children and sensitive information

This corporate website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through its inquiry or booking forms. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us so we can assess and address the request.

Some Devlyte products support healthcare or education organizations. Data handled within those deployments is governed by the relevant customer agreement, permissions, product-specific notice, and applicable sector requirements—not by a general website inquiry form. Do not submit patient records, student records, payment-card data, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through this website.

13

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, providers, products, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
