Account deletion
ZKR Food and ZKR Rider are provided by Devlyte Technologies for Zeeshan Khan Restaurant. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Email request
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered with your account. Use the subject ZKR Account Deletion and include your registered email address and phone number so we can verify the request.

Rider accounts are issued and managed by Zeeshan Khan Restaurant. Riders can request account deletion through their restaurant administrator or by emailing support@devlyte.com.
Data deleted
- Account profile information
- Saved delivery addresses
- Authentication credentials
- Device and push-notification tokens
- Profile photos and other non-required personal information
Data that may be retained
Limited order, delivery, transaction, security, and support records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational obligations. Retained records are restricted and later deleted or anonymized according to applicable requirements.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm your identity before processing the request.
